FutureCare Charles Village is located in the heart of Baltimore City on North Charles Street in a historical, boutique-style building that is comfortable, inviting, warm and friendly. It is part of the VitalStrong Rehabilitation program where physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists offer rehabilitation up to 7 days a week. FutureCare Charles Village offers CAMPStrong - Comprehensive Amputee Management Program. Should a resident require long-term skilled nursing care, or nursing home care it is also available on-site.
The rehab team is great to work with and the staff is nice. They treat you with respect. The therapy team gave inspiration and did daily rehab. Even when feeling bad or in pain the therapist would come back to check and therapy was able to be done. The place is amazing, it smells wonderful and the staff is a pleasure to talk with and they answered all questions. The staff is very friendly and physical therapy staff excellent. The PT staff has helped regain strength. This facility has true heroes and professionals. The whole staff from wound care team to CNA to maintenance staff. If you want to not worry about your loved ones send them here. You will be able to sleep.
I thank God for this place. I'm going home soon. I did daily rehab and never missed a session. Even when I felt bad or in pain the therapist would come back to check on me and I was able to do my therapy then. I've been at others FC rehab centers and the thearapist did not do that and I missed therapy sessions. I am grateful for this therapy team and give them 5 stars 🌟 The therapy team at Charles Village gave me inspiration 🙌
This facility has TRUE HERO'S & Professionals! I've never seen anything like it before! My Mom has been here for 3 weeks with several high risk conditions! They immediately start working on my Mom & haven t missed a beat! From admissions, Isabelle ,Antwan from Eugenia , Hazel ! Nursing staff, Shawn, William Angela 3Rd floor!!!! Anne ,Parvin ,Claire & so many more! The whole staff from. Their, Wound Care team to CNA to Maintenance Staff! My experience at this facility was great staff very friendly physical therapy staff excellent I have a vertebrae fracture in spine the PT staff has helped me regain strength in the affected shoulder
