FOUR TWELVE ROOFING – TOTAL ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Representatives of FOUR TWELVE ROOFING have addressed my questions and concerns, provided the requested photos - depicting the conditions of my roof decking after the old shingles were torn off, and the competed roofing photos.
On July 10, 2025, I signed a Total Roof Replacement Contract with Mike Lee of Four Twelve Roofing, with full loan financing approval of $10,159. Four twelve roofing was great every step of the way in repairing our flat rowhouse roof. They did a great inspection and were transparent about the issues. They gave a pretty accurate estimate of the repairs. The team was fast and thoroughly in clean up. Highly recommend
