I called them about a botched job that was done with the previous owner of my house. They came out right away, saw the problem and fixed it within a week. I was expecting it to be difficult, but they honored the 15 year warranty and did an excellent job. I was very surprised after my dealings with other businesses in the area, and businesses in general with warranties.

I have been dealing with Floodbusters for years. Very relilable and help me out all the time. Very friendly office personnel. They also honored their contracts and I have them come out every six months to clean the wells and make sure everything is working properly.Service: Plumbing fixture installation
