Yesterday I shredded my tire turning onto Falls Road, I pulled into the parking lot at Exxon intending to call AAA or a family member to come and help me. However I did not have to do that because I was very fortunate to pull into this particular parking lot. Tommy from the service station came out and helped me; he changed my tire and explained everything that he was doing (I know NOTHING about cars and this was the first time I have been in the situation). I was very upset when it happened and he put me at ease and even made me laugh while he changed the tire. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. I started going here when Mike owned the shop and have stayed since Tommy took over. We always get good work done, and it is easy to get the car in for service quickly. What impresses me the most, though, is how Tommy goes above and beyond routinely. Two days ago my husband and I were on our way to a doctor's appointment in Annapolis. It was about 4:00 pm and we got a flat right on Falls Road, less than 1/4 mile from the shop. We drove up and saw Tommy cleaning around the shop. He came out, took a look at the tire, took it off the car, patched it, put it back on, and we were on our way in about 10 minutes.
