I have been going to Dr. Chen for many years and consider him to be among the best in Baltimore. My hygienist, Alice, is by far the best at what she does. Finally, the dental assistants and the office staff are all excellent. They are all professional, kind and caring with all the patients who enter the office. 5 out of 5 stars is my rating.

I was seen at short notice for a filling that had fallen out. Dr. Kim was very thorough and professional and replaced the lost filling. They were able to get the X-ray from the previous dentist which saved me some expense.

Everyone at the office is terrific & the entire place simply exudes competence. They are as flexible as possible and make one feel that one's individual needs and issues are of the utmost importance to be addressed.
Update, 2024 I can't find enough good words to say about Dr. Chen & his people. If anything they have improved over time; a feat I didn't think was necessary or possible. Something was said recently about work that may not have been necessary (spoken in generalities) & I suddenly realized I have NEVER had cause to not completely trust what they have told me.
