I'm blown away by the wonderful service we received. We had our 7 year-old's ears pierced there for her birthday. Bree was our piercer and took time explaining everything to our daughter, showing her all the tools that she would use, and took the time to explain body autonomy to her and that she's in charge of the process. Bree even had my seven year old sign the release (as well as me). And to put into practice that she was in charge of her own body, Bree asked permission before performing each step. It was such a great, professional, and genuinely nice experience. I highly recommend.
In all the years that my girls have been coming here for piercings and jewelry, we have never had a bad experience with our service, the quality of jewelry, or overall atmosphere. We love it here and we love the chalkboard bathroom! We moved to Florida a year ago and my girls still won’t let anyone else touch them. We look forward to visiting again around Thanksgiving to see Bree, Ms. KC, and the Tall Friend.

I have had a great experience bringing my daughter here for piercing services. Most recently, we went in 2 weeks ago. Her piercer, Ms. Bree, is very professional and very direct. We appreciate that she speaks directly and honestly about risks involved with piercing services and that she is upfront about things that she will not perform for minors. I also had a really good interaction with tattooer that we talked to (I can't remember his name, he has long hair) and the young lady at the counter. The place is very clean and I feel that my money is well spent. I may be back to get some tattoo work done soon.
