I had a very disappointing experience at this salon.
I called to schedule a “free consultation,” and they asked for my credit card in advance. I was told it would only be charged if I canceled.
When I arrived, the stylist was 25 minutes late but was kind and explained everything. I asked for 125 grams and 22 inches, and she said it would take 5 hours at $200 per hour.
When I said I needed time to think, they suddenly tried to charge me for the consultation even though it was supposed to be free. Only after I showed our Instagram messages did they agree not to charge me.

Had a Saturday, 9:25am appointment. I was sent an email and text confirmation and reminder of the appointment. I showed up at 9:25, and the salon was closed. Signage stated that they should be open at 9am. I waited about twenty minutes, nobody showed. Tried calling and nobody answered, the machine repeated that the salon opens at 9:00am on Saturdays.

Beautiful Salon with vibrant, friendly, professional staff. Upon entry, I was greeted by a kind receptionist who already knew my name and scheduled services. I was so impressed by her knowledge and willingness to explain the color process. My stylist, LaNyce was quick and professional and my hair is BEAUTIFUL!! I love my hair. I've found the best stylist and salon ever!
