CUTTZ BY SILK is a licensed Master Barber Located At Salontra Select Suites, Suite 2C. After serving his community for 18 years and with three successful barber shops throughout the Baltimore Region, SILK wanted to become more convenient to new and old clients. SILK began cutting hair at age 14 out of his parents kitchen to high school friends for free to cutting Entertainers, Rappers, Athletes, and R&B Singers. CuttzBySilk
