Quite simply, this is an outstanding company! Everyone associated with the replacement of the furnace and installation of central air in our family's 70-year-old home was exceptional. What to expect during the estimate? Jon, the owner, will likely send his lead installer, Ty, who understands systems, to survey the situation, take measurements and recommend the correct type of system for your home. They will take into consideration the size and age of your home and estimate accordingly. The Cozy team are not salespeople and will not quote something that you do not need. The written quote will be received in a timely fashion and the follow-up is outstanding. What to expect during the installation? First, even before installation begins, there will be another on-site visit to take final measurements and order supplies. Then, on the day of installation, don't be surprised to find Jon (the owner) on-site working alongside his team. In our case, he worked with Ty and Monty. The Cozy team called before arrival, were on time and worked tirelessly to install both systems in one day . . . other companies said it would take three days! The disruption to the household was minimal. After removing the old equipment and cleaning up, you would not have known that Cozy was there. Finally, Jon and his team took care in "firing up" the system and spent time teaching our tenants how to set and utilize the smart thermostat. When the time comes to replace the boiler in our home and install central air, Jon and his team at Cozy will be our first call! They are simply the best - - you cannot go wrong hiring them.
If you're looking for HVAC work then you've found the best company out there. Awesome work at an awesome price! After a few leaks in my 20+ year old boiler, I decided to replace both the boiler and aging hot water heater. I spent hours reading reviews and getting a few other estimates. These guys were by far the most professional, friendly, down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, and the best price! Jon, the owner, answered all of my texts about the job and was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The other guys I met, Ty and Perry, were just as great. Job was completed in one day and looked and has performed great. Excellent service at an excellent price!
Cozy just performed a LONG overdue cleaning on our oil furnace. Jon did a VERY thorough job cleaning and replacing what needed to be done. He also took the time to explain things as he ran across them to be addressed in the future.
