In a panic because we came home to a freezing house, we called a different company before calling Complete Climate Services forgetting that we had used them before for AC. The person that came out quoted us a lot money and said he needed to return the next day to fix the problem. We decided to cancel and just pay the consultation and made an appointment with Complete Climate Services.
Christopher came out earlier than expected (making sure it was okay with us) and fixed the problem in half an hour. Professional and honest. Something wasn’t done correctly the first time, when brought to the attention of the owner he came and looked at it his self described what wasn’t done correctly and made it right. Transparency means a lot. All his guys have been great too.

I am not one to give praise freely, especially when it comes to contractors! That stated, I was very pleased with the outcome of my HVAC replacement contracted with Complete Climate. Michael came out personally to give comparative estimates for the replacement of my central heat pump versus changing to a ductless system (which will allow me to remove unsightly ductwork from my home as part of a future project). Out of three different vendors, Complete Climate came in not only the lowest but gave the best impression (no overselling or gimmicks, and very responsive).I ended up going with ductless inverter mini-splits (Daikin), and the once scheduled the work took about... read full review
