This is a shady business. I called for services (heating unit stopped working) on Jan 10th. The technician came and spent less than 30 mins....
1) OVERCHARGED ME - Charged me for one 1 hour and 45 mins (that in its self is a fraudulent). When I called the owner the next week, he started giving some lame excuses (that his technician had to walk over snow and ice!). He finally agreed to charge me for 45 mins only and return me my money (still waiting).
2) QUESTIONABLE DIAGNOSIS “LEAK HEAT EXCHANGE” - The technician, by just looking at the unit, concluded that our heat exchange is leaking. Without doing a thorough inspection and... read full review
