To be honest, I tried to get in last minute for a wedding and they couldn't cut my hair, but she stayed on the line and gave me tips for places in Baltimore so very friendly and booked up so probably good too.
Susan is awesome! She used to cut and color my hair many, many moons ago. I'm happy to have found her again. It's easy to communicate my hair needs and goals to her and she produces flawless results.
The absolute best salon in Baltimore! Madeline Bayard has done my hair for 27 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. This is an upscale yet homey salon. The prices for a cut or a color are competitive, not high. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
