The entire process from quote to install went very smoothly. No complaints whatsoever.
We had a couple other companies give us quotes before Charm City, but Mac gave us a much more thorough and reasonable explanation of everything than the other two sales guys.

I had an excellent experience with roofing contractor Darius Zadeh. He was punctual, thorough, and very courteous. He responded to all of my questions and concerns promptly. I truly appreciated Darius's professionalism throughout the roof inspection he conducted for me in Baltimore City. I will definitely work with him again and gladly recommend him to others!
