Walking into charm city plastic surgery was enlightening. Everyone was engaged and looking genuinely happy to be there. I was greeted with smiles, good mornings, and taken right back. I received the Buccal facial with release by Tara. Tension was released from places I didn’t know I was holding it. And I mean every single crevice of my face and neck was holding 30 years worth of stress and trauma. I walked in not knowing what to expect and walked out needing to go back. I had my first microneedling (+peel) experience recently with Tara Fox at Charm City Plastic Surgery and it could not have gone better! Prior to booking the service, I met with Tara for a skin consultation to talk through the state of my skin, my goals, etc. Tara was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She even took the time to write up a treatment plan with detailed notes and product recommendations based on what we had chatted about that she emailed to me after the consultation. It is very apparent that she really cares. The procedure itself a few weeks later went great, was pain-free, and the recovery has been easy; I can’t wait for my next round! I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Emily and Lindsay. From the very first consultation through recovery, I felt completely supported, heard, and cared for. Dr. Emily is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also compassionate and honest. She truly takes the time to understand your goals and makes sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Lindsay was equally amazing, attentive, reassuring, and always available to answer questions or calm nerves. Their bedside manner is unmatched, and together they make such a strong, comforting team.
