Losing a pet is one of the hardest things a person can go through, but then having to decide to bury or cremate is even harder. Our oldest cat, Lucky, passed away at home and our girls wanted him cremated so he could sit beside our English Bulldog, Einstein, who we lost many years ago. So, then came the arduous process of not only finding a crematory, but finding a reputable one! I looked at many and decided on one that was close to our home, but something told me to do more research. I am glad I did because I discovered that the crematory was being accused of dumping bodies! So, I researched some more and came upon a WBAL video clip about the situation and they interviewed Zoey. I went and researched Charm City Crematory and also viewed Zoey’s TikToks about the cremation process. Watching her videos helped me understand the process and I knew she was the real deal. Communication was immediate and put my mind at ease. I dropped Lucky off on Saturday and we had him home by Wednesday! Thank you so much for taking care of Lucky!
We felt comfortable leaving our Sasha cat with this place. Matt helped us when we dropped her off. He was respectful and kind. It was snowing when we dropped her off, and snowing when we picked her up. Thank you for caring for our sweet girl. We are so happy with our memorials and for choosing you . 💗
We have lost many pets over the years, and Charm City has always been kind, understanding and helpful through the grieving process. Every pet was treated with dignity and respect. Our final wishes for their remains, and keepsakes, were handled accurately and promptly. Would give 10 stars if I could.
