All I can say about CCIH is WOW!!! The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. Tom was very gracious in making a membership modification for my health needs. Sam is an amazing acupuncturist. Her technique is virtually painless and the results are magical. This place is a hidden gem in the Baltimore. I’ve lived here for 15 years and just found out about this place in December, and have been coming almost every day since. If you’re looking for a place to improve your health, you have to check this place out. They have some many diverse and beneficial services to partake in.

Dr. Tom is one of my favorite people on this planet!!! He's the owner and he understands my condition (EDS), got my acupuncture approved by insurance and his treatments are legitimately helpful. His staff is also lovely. Always look forward to going!

Found this place online after looking to try cryotherapy. Wow and amazing!! I opted for the ache rx combo. Cryotherapy, red light therapy, massage and cupping. Jessi found and worked on my back problems. I will definitely be back to try the other services!
