We had carpet installed in 2 rooms. Chris, in sales, was excellent to work with and offered insights, etc. on the type of carpet we needed for our lifestyle, etc. We were only going to get 1 room done, but he offered a deal on 2 rooms, so we said yes. We were scheduled right away with no problem. The installers were prompt, efficient, and took care when moving some of the heavy furniture that I couldn't move and protected the floors where they placed the furniture. The install was quick and looks beautiful! We would definitely use them again when we remodel the basement and install carpet.

I cannot speak highly enough of the installers, Ralph and Ralph. They truly went about and beyond when it came to installing my new carpet. They assisted me with moving furniture I was unable to move, carried the carpet up three flights of steps, and were meticulous in their installation. Very thankful I went with them, and highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been working with carpet concepts for decades as I moved from home to home, renovated the basement, dealt with flooding…. I just recently had my home renovated and they did an awesome job as usual. I would never go anywhere else!
