on time, very professional and did a thorough job. Very detailed and was honest and open about any of the questions I had while he was doing his inspection. Asked about a couple things and he was willing to take a few minutes to explain and go deeper on things I didn't understand.
Excellent and Extremely Thorough!
I couldn’t be happier with the inspection service I received from Callahan Inspection Services. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire inspection. He took his time to carefully examine every inch of the house, paying attention to details that I would have never thought to look for myself.
He explained his findings clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before moving on.
I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that he genuinely cared about doing a great job and making sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing.

He was an honest & humble person, on time, really detail oriented, took 5 hours and inspected the house really well. I also found him to possess really technical knowledge. He was really professional. I suggest everyone to use his service and I will also be using his service for future.
