I decided to use a laundry service after thinking about it for a while. But I wanted to use a reliable and responsible business. My research identified Bubble City as the highest rated in my area. So I signed up and had a large heavy load picked up from my home.
Communication via email was excellent, pickup was efficient, and my items were returned one day early clean, undamaged and neat folded. I'm having a second order of laundry picked up today!

employees are so nice!! my laundry is nice and clean, Brenda is so friendly and approachable and the place was very clean.

There's never any carts to transport your clothes from the washer to the dryer. The staff use them for the customers that drop their laundry off for full service. One they pack the customers clothes up, they sit them in the cart and put a tag on the cart. I stopped going for a while, but when I went back and didn't have a cart that reminded me of the reason I stopped going in the first place. They treat all the other customers as if they're getting a free wash.
