Giant rip off. I'm down 59.4% on the flagship BCSIX fund, now rated 1 star of 5by Morningstar after formerly holding 5 stars, and trailing the ten year return of the Russell 2000 by over $10,000. Nine out of ten current holdings are underwater for the year, by an average market loss of 25%. Nice job. Worse, the fees are among the highest in the sector at 1.32%.
