We have been living in the apartment since July 2023 and have had a great experience with the office staff so far. Devonia, Damian, and David are incredibly friendly and responsive with leasing and maintenance services. The maintenance team patiently answered and explained every detail of the questions we’ve encountered, which we truly appreciate. Over the years, the apartment has continually upgraded various amenities for residents. For example, the on‑site Amazon locker is truly helpful, allowing residents to pick up packages with fewer delivery concerns. Devonia was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my lease extension process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, communicated clearly, and worked diligently to find a solution. I truly appreciate her patience and dedication to excellent customer service!

Just moved out after living here for three years. Overall I at least had a roof over my head but these guys are mid at best. False fire alarms and more than normal power cuts at the most inconvenient of times. Might be worth considering other apartment options first.
