I scheduled an appointment to go ring shopping with my girlfriend. I was feeling a little nervous as a queer and trans couple because wedding related spaces can often feel very traditional, but the person who helped us, Zoe, was very welcoming and really listened to our preferences! I would definitely recommend Brilliant Earth and specifically working with Zoe!

Came to the Baltimore location with the intent on upgrading my current wedding stack. I came without and appointment and Ashton made me feel like I had one. She was so patient and very knowledgeable on how to select the perfect diamond and setting. She took the time to email me my preferences so I can browse the Brilliant Earth website myself. After ordering and receiving my rings Ashton took time again out of her busy schedule to reach back out to me to make sure I was pleased with my order and did not have any issues even though I did not purchase a ring through her.
