I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my engagement ring! Mel was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire appointment. We may have run a little over time (sorry again), but it was completely worth it because we ended up ordering my dream ring! It arrives in June and I am beyond excited.
I highly recommend making an appointment because the experience felt relaxed, quiet, and very personal. The only small issue was finding the entrance at first, so maybe a little more signage would help. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you again, Mel, for making this such a special experience!

My boyfriend and I booked an appointment over the phone and received a confirmation and Mel even texted the day before to make sure everything was set which I really appreciated. From the moment we met her she was extremely professional polite and incredibly knowledgeable and she truly stands out for her expertise.
She made the entire experience feel easy and exciting taking the time to explain different cuts and styles so we could design the ring of my dreams. Her knowledge and guidance made such a difference in helping us figure out what worked best. She was patient accommodating and never made us feel rushed encouraging me to try on a variety of styles.
