I called the day before and made an appointment only to get there at 8 am & was told the young lady I had the appointment with is not coming in.
Don't schedule the appointment if you don't know the stylist availability.
Don't have 3 different people going back and forth working on multiple people's heads.
Don't hold phone conversations while doing someone's hair - that's DISRESPECTFUL.
Don't quote a price and change a different price - after the fact!!
Don't have customers waiting 30/40 minutes for service and not tell them that.

Ive been there twice and had my hair done with princess and everything was fine. I called them this past sunday and asked if they could do tree braids sent a picture of what I wanted, I was very clear.. When i got there Monday at 6:30am they ladies took 30 minutes to talk to each other back and forth.very rude. I asked again if they could do my hair. The lady showed me a picture of tree braids i told her thats not what i want. Got up took my hair with me. Never again. Ladies I did get my tree braids last night with TQueen and it is more that what I could have asked for. You ladies need to get it together.
