Loved the fact that 4 people was in my head. Didnt like the fact that I was charged $250 for extra long singles and I got the ends curly.. Well a week later the curls dropped and my right side is way longer then the left. Very disappointed I came from pa and was very unsatisfied.. Probably won't return ?

I love the Braiding House. The ladies are very nice and they do an AWESOME job. I’ve had the Kinky Twist and Senegalese Twist a couple of times and received so many compliments and people asking who did it and where they are located. I highly recommend the Braiding House. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I got nubian twists and after about a week my braids became frizzy and did not look fresh . (Mind you I have had this style done before at another shop and didn't have this problem). About 2 weeks later one braid on the edge came out and another one was about to come out as well. I went in to get it repaired and was told by the lady who did my braids I should have called; I asked when I could come back and she didn't respond and another lady assisted me. I didn't see it necessary to call first seeing as it was only 2 braids to be repaired. The lady who assisted me asked me how many months I had my braids in!
