I'm not sure that this diagnosis and testing for eye glasses using teleconference is an effective way to do an eye exam. My first glasses were measured incorrect for reading. I had to have them redone.

Kaitlyn was wonderful as was the rest of the staff. This was my first pair of glasses, besides reading glasses. We tried progressives and they just weren't for me. They were so patient and nice to work with. I ended up with bifocals which are just what I needed. But I can't say enough about how great the staff was to work with. I highly recommend them!

Ms. Dawn leads you to the exam room. There she personably and professionally directs a preliminary exam. Thereafter two medical professionals conduct and then review your tele-examination.
Afterwards, Ms. Dawn led me to Ms. Kaitlyn. Ms. Kaitlyn, aware of my optometric peculiarities, did more than rubber stamp the doctor's order. She reviewed it with me in mind. Noticing the need for supplementation, she and Ms. Dawn contacted the doctor and amended the order.
Personable. Professional. Thorough. Personalized. Very happy with exam and how I was treated. Chances are high that you will be too.
