The vision examination was extensive and professional. I visited several in mall vision stores without being satisfied with their selection of glasses,, fit, and cost compared to BJs. The in-store Optical Manager was outstanding throughout the entire time of the vision examination to the final selection of glasses.

Update: Mrs. Chong was very apologetic and helpful. We sorted out my glasses situation and I couldnt be more thankful. Her charm, knowledge and customer service is unmatchable. She is literally the only kind manager I have encountered at this location. Thanks again for your help today. I appreciate you!!
Came to drop off my glasses for an RX update and they closed early and had to have my retired mother take them in since the optical shop closes at 6 and I can't make it in time. Had some issues with picking them also and when I talked to the store manager and some assistant manager with sleeve tattoos they were both very rude and refused to... read full review

Chong and her team were a pleasure to deal with. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on. The staff is very organized and the equipment is state of the art. The $75 eye exam was a bargain considering the time and attention they provide. Very highly recommended!!
