Full disclosure, I own this studio and have since it opened over 7 years ago. While I took on opening our physical doors, the studio and community has been created by the amazing humans who are dedicated to their practice in this space for years and years. This studio has fostered a friendly, welcoming and supportive group that I am simply grateful for. We've been blessed with a heating system that has never failed and teachers who are reliable and treat the studio like their own. I have been practicing yoga at this studio for the past year and would highly recommend this studio to anyone. I have experienced amazing health benefits from this practice --including mental as well as physical benefits. All of the teachers are incredibly supportive and encouraging-- and the environment is very welcoming.
