Bill is truly a great guy. He drove all the way out to our home, only to let us know that we have yellow jackets, not honeybees. He was extremely educated on the insect and let us know how we can easily eradicate them. We learned quite a lot from him. He was happy to help us learn how to solve the yellow jacket problem in a way that works for us. I will definitely recommend him to friends, and use him in the future if I ever need to relocate a hive.
After months of run around from other pest removal companies we finally found Bee Friendly. Bill was a answer to our prayers, he was able to remove a large hive from our wall, relocate the bees to a new hive and he even fixed our wall, all within 1 day while we remained in the house. Bill is a pleasure to do business with and has fair pricing, we are so excited to have our home back!
