I arrived at the office e and waited about 10 minutes before going to exam room. Dr. Samantha WIlliamson is my doctor. She is very easy to talk with and I never feel rushed through. She explains thoroughly what to expect.
All the people I dealt with were great the surgery coordinator Christine went out of her way to get me an earlier appointment for my surgery. The nurses and Dr Marcus were also great. I feel very comfortable with this doctor and the staff he has supporting him thank you all very much
I appreciate how professional & efficient the Baltimore Eye Physicians personnel are. The on-line opportunity to fill out information was helpful. In person, the technician & Doctor were very mindful of my time, with very little actual waiting time.
I appreciate their openness to answering questions & explaining their findings thoroughly. The technician & Dr. DeFay were very personable. I left the office more than satisfied with the results & the overall experience. I have already recommended this office to my wife & a friend.
