We had American Home Shield send their plumber, Mayes Plumbing, to fix a simple toilet seal issue. They had come out before for another bathroom issue, and bungled that. This time, they told us the floor was too high, and it would be 1500 to repair, which by the way, surprise surprise, was not covered. They also, naturally, pocketed the 75$ fee for work done incorrectly. We called Atlantic Mechanical, with their skilled techs and plumbers, and they fixed it in 45 minutes. Solution? A higher seal, not floor! They were punctual, neat and cleaned up after! Thank you, Casey and AM!
