After having a horrible experience at the Dundalk location I decided to give this office a try. I am so glad I did. My appt was Christmas Eve at 9:am. Although I was seen at Aspen Dental before I had to register as a NEW patient. (See review for Dundalk) I got registered and the process began. The x-ray technician was super friendly and kind while taking my x-rays. Michael, the hygienist was so gentle doing my gum exam. He took time explaining the care for my teeth and made a few suggestions. As I was abt to schedule my appt for a routine cleaning, they had a cancelation, and I was offered the opportunity to get my teeth cleaned on the spot. I accepted the offer. From...read full review
Had a very pleasant experience. My bridge broke did not get it from there but they took care of me and fix my bridge. The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much
My only complaint is that I was there for 3 hours . But the lady who helped me set up my appointment with the oral surgeon was an absolute doll. I was starting to get upset but she made me laugh and smile and I got out of there with a smile on my face ,granted the 3 hours I spent there .
