About two years ago Jay and his team at Armored Basement Waterproofing waterproofed the rear of my building basement and I have been a happy camper every since. No frills, bells, or whistles...just honest information and solid work, at the best price. The estimates from competing companies were multiple thousands over Armored's and I'm happy I went with Armored.I recently (March) had Jay come out for an estimate for a water issue at the front of the building. Having grown up in a rancher-style home (think Brady Bunch), I never imagined buying a home with a basement. But basement life is what we have chosen. And with that, comes basement waterproofing lol. Definitely not the sexiest of home improvement projects but one, if done correctly will stand the test of time and give you peace of mind.While there are some solid basement waterproofing companies in the Baltimore area, we decided to go with Armored Basement after our initial meeting with Jay. Gary and the Armored Basement Waterproofing team were fantastic! Their quote was reasonable, and Gary expertly answered questions and explained the entire process. His team completed the work efficiently and on time in our NW DC house. We've had no problems in the basement since. I highly recommend them if you have any water leaks in your basement.
