I'm brand new to yoga. About a dozen classes in over two weeks. I'm fortunate to have found Aluma. I've participated under four different instructors and each has been outstanding. Not knowing the terminology I have to listen carefully to their instructions, which are perfectly and simply crafted such that a rookie such as me can follow along very easily. Of course, pulling off the poses isn't so easy but I love it.

Love how all the teachers have their own styles, such a variety of classes all from one studio! Heidi’s 7am class is also totally worth the early wake up, even on cold winter mornings.
