We were referred to Alternative Roofing through our home warranty, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
Scheduling was quick and convenient, and I really appreciated the short appointment window. Instead of the usual 4–6 hour wait, we were told between 1:30–2:00 pm, and they arrived on time.
Josh was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue quickly. He also inspected our roof and confirmed that we still have another decade before needing a replacement. This exactly what we were told when we purchased our home.

Working with Alternative Roofing to have a roof leak repaired was a very easy process. The service provided by the team was courteous, professional and timely. The inspection findings were clearly explained and the team who completed the repair were very professional and efficient. Would use them for future repairs.
Clark and his team were great from the outset. They fit our leak in early as another customer had a last minute cancel. Also thanks to Kristian who was great from the first phone call. Highly recommend them.
