I've been getting my haircut from Dario for 15 years now. He is hands down the best in Baltimore. Back then there was only one Dominican barber shop on eastern avenue. All of the original guys from that first shop expanded out and got their own barber shops. Dario is the last active barber from the original group of barber. He is consistent with an eye for detail.
