Very fast and completely free - I have insurance but they didn’t even ask for it. They do the HIV test immediately so I was able to get a negative result right away which is a huge weight off my shoulders. The rest of the results take 3-4 days. Very professional staff, and well-trained as they were able to take my blood quickly even though I know I have difficult veins. The outside of the building just says AHF, no big signage about STI testing or anything so it feels very discreet which I appreciate.
Nice place but I would recommend maybe changing the seating arrangement or moving the rooms where people are informed about their status somewhere else. I was there with a friend and the way the room is set up they couldn’t even get their selves together as soon as you leave everyone is in your face the doors aren’t sound proof(there was a tall man who a strong voice you could here every word echo). Sitting there for an hour I could tell who got postive test. Wonderful staff and place but pleaseee think about if your were to receive results and had to face a room full of people seconds after. At least have the chairs facing away from the rooms
Quick and simple very Clean facility and professional staff! Adding this as part of self care a fir mental health awareness month sexual health and wellness is just a essential no forms everything was electric and app is easy to use your results came back quicker than most facilities and they have available resources if needed
