I had a major plumbing job done by Shipley and they were fantastic. The plumbers who worked on my job were very professional, knowledgable and polite. When we told them we needed the job completed by a certain day because we were going out of town for two weeks, they went out of the way to finish on time.
Chris was very professional and he persevered until the best solution was found. Because of the nature of the job (e.g., installation of a sub-meter) it required communication and joint work with WSSC. He managed it and got the job done in record time. He returned twice to make final adjustments and I can now enjoyed the fruits of his hard work. The quality of the work carried out and the whole philosophy of Shipley Plumbing is “the way it used to be”! My tankless water heater was not working! I called Shipley after
I was unhappy with my first estimate. Chris came that day and explained everything that was wrong with the unit. He was then able to replace it the next day (Friday before the weekend). The price was a little bit high but we were able to get endless hot water over the weekend! It was worth it!
