I just walked out of a massage session with Sarah V at Northern Birth Roots and I feel like I’m walking on air!
I love love the new space. The smallest of details isn’t overlooked both in decor and client experience.
Sarah is super professional and highly skilled. I was able to relax and really enjoy my massage which is saying a lot because I simply never relax. Loved the aromatherapy she had and the perfect pressure for my body.
The hot stone massage is just chef 😘
I’m so glad I came here and treated myself. Love you Sarah!

Kirsten is incredible. She is so kind, knowledgeable, and skilled. As someone who has had a lot of massages in their life, I can say Kirsten is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. If you are debating booking with her, this is your sign to do it! You will be so glad you did.
