they have the best care and staff! Amy and Melissa are very welcoming and friendly, they know everyone by their first names and they are always happy to see you. Emma, Maria, and Marian are the most caring and attentive dental assistants you could ask for! They will make sure you are feeling confident and taken care of. Dr. Bao and Dr. Gens are by far the best dentists I have ever had! They took such good care of me and helped me with my anxiety. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I trust everyone at this practice and will continue to refer them to anyone I meet who needs a dentist.
After reading reviews, I contacted this office for a wisdom teeth removal consultation. I was impressed by how friendly and professional Amy was in taking my call and scheduling my appointment. She was extremely warm and welcoming and very thorough in explaining details and answering questions. When I met with Dr. Gens for my consultation, he exceeded my expectations. He was very genuine and compassionate and took the time to go over everything in detail- making me extremely comfortable and confident in the procedure. I had the absolute best experience for my wisdom teeth removal. I never experienced any pain or swelling and recovery was a breeze. Dr. Gens is the very BEST and highly recommend Bay Hills Dentistry!! We have since become regular patients here and every staff member we have encountered has been wonderful. This office is the greatest and we all love it here! ✨
I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years and when I found out I was pregnant, I knew I had to go in. I found this dentist through a friend and I've only had great experiences. They made sure me and my baby felt welcome and comfortable (even gave my baby her first onesie). They performed great work, so I knew when my father-in-law needed his bridge put back in, this team would be the people to do it. My father-in-law only made it to a couple appointments before he passed away and the team at this dentist sent a lovely card to our family. Everybody signed it and we were blown away with the thoughtfulness! I cannot recommend this dentist enough and I'm so grateful to them for how they treated my father-in-law.
