When I came to Arpella, I was suffering from acute lower back pain. I could not play pickleball or exercise or stand for an extended period of time without significant pain. The staff at Arpella gave me a regimen of stretches and exercises which got me back to my normal activities and, provided I stretch regularly, I am pain free. They are always on time, inquire about my activities and whether I am feeling pain and at each visit provide additional exercises to improve my mobility and reduce discomfort. I am so grateful for their attentive care and highly recommend their services to my friends and family.
I've been to several practices for PT and Arpella is BY FAR the best!! During my first appointment, they completed a very thorough evaluation, not only looking into my ankle injury, but my body and health as a whole. The entire staff is so friendly and really take the time to individualize your care. I went into PT thinking I would need surgery on my ankle, and just had my last session yesterday, feeling better than ever!
