My experience with Wink started out great and then has been horrible. I was getting two services lashes and derma planing. ONE time of a reschedule has been 10 plus months of trying to get back in. I since have lashes done elsewhere and then still trying to get facial services done, emails, leaving voicemails and more. Never a return call. RE: To the owners response, there was never a threat to post on social media in exchange for a full refund. This is a blatant lie. I'll update my review with a screenshot to prove this, as I said "I'm not sure what a resolution is here, but I just wanted to let you know of the service" Whats with the lying? I removed every last lash at home over the weekend because I was so unhappy with how I looked. To be clear: I stand NOTHING to gain from posting publicly about my experience, I am out $325 total, and I RARELY leave negative reviews - if you need receipts for this too, check my profile. I get complemented on my lashes all the time. Love Winks, everyone is friendly and their environment is warm, relaxing and inviting. Had my lashes done by Debbie and Kiersten. They both do fabulous jobs.
