What a great experience today! I was traveling and was about 8 hours from home. I realized the night before that I had left my entire toiletry kit at home...with my daily contacts. This sweet young man looked at my prescription from my doctor and was able to give me 5 contacts for each eye and he didn't even charge me. Your kindness made my day and my weekend more enjoyable! Thanks for taking great care of your this lady in need!
Old customer… welcomed them to Annapolis! Great product….great people…Excellent customer service… wish they would increase product line as somebody’s for numerous reasons don’t do well w progressive lenses. TRaumatic Brain Injury and other challenges require things that mine own “adaptability” is challenged by injury.
What a fantastic experience! Great customer service from everyone. The doctor was friendly and attentive and explained the changes to my prescription very clearly. The exam was efficient and complete, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any point. The staff gave great feedback on the frames I chose (I had already narrowed the selection down from browsing online). I'm so happy to be able to shop at Warby Parker again!
