My experience today was great! I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. The assistant was friendly, asked questions, answered my questions, and helped me find what i was looking for. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Explained differences, benefits, and process.

Dr. Hubbell was very professional and knowledgeable about my eye condition. I greatly valued her expertise and kind, friendly personality.The overall store itself was spotless and full of welcoming staff. Aric, the salesperson, was professional and kind and went out of his way to help me find glasses that matched my style. The entire experience was easy from start to finishI can’t recommend this Warby Parker store enough; I will return for all my glasses needs!

Best eye exam experience I have ever had. Dr. Hubbell was fantastic, thorough, friendly, and personable. In the past, optometrists tend to be aloof and cold, so I was surprised at how dynamic, patient, smart, and friendly that Dr. Hubbell was. The store is beautiful. Simple, clean, organized, spacious, and well lit. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The checkout process was so hassle-free and seamless. I am impressed and will make Warby Parker my vision provider going forward. (They also take insurance!)
