I have been to at least 4 different make-up stores this week to find a little guidance and some products after my favorite foundation was discontinued. Kaiya at this location was super friendly, helpful, and really put in effort to make sure i left with the right product for me in the right shade. She was pleasant and I truly felt like she enjoys helping people. I will be coming back to ask for her for ally future beauty needs. Thank you so much Kaiya, you really helped me when I was getting hopeless.
I went into Ulta this afternoon after work. I was looking for a good BB cream. As soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by the stay upfront. I started browsing around with the daunting stressful task of looking for this good BB cream. I spent no more than 2 minutes browsing when Melissa approached me to ask if I needed help. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and she was on it. She color matched me to a couple do different types of BB cream. She did a phenomenal job. She gave me samples to try so I can see what works best for me. Although I didn’t get anything today, she did amazing. Truly amazing associate you have at your store.
Shoutout to Mikayla for helping me achieve my vampy lipstick dreams. She navigated through my lack of decisiveness and make up knowledge with ease. She basically just read my mind given the minimal description I could give her. Super sweet girl and definitely knows her stuff!
