I was in and out within 45 minutes for a eyelea shot. The nurses were very efficient and professional. Seems to be a turn over of staff. I used to see the same people on a regular basis, but now it’s different almost every time. Even still, they are all very nice and know their specific job.
Just had my follow up visit after laser surgery for a retinal hole. Dr. Xu has been wonderful as have all front office staff and technicians. Everyone was so pleasant and professional and they really put your comfort as a top priority. No complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend based on my personal experience.
My 87 yo mom has wet macular degeneration and was being treated by one of the Doctors here and was always in pain after the injections. We switched Doctors within the practice to Dr. Reid and what an amazing person she is. Very caring and gentle. She rinsed my mom's eyes out after the injections and it made all the difference. I can't speak highly enough about Dr.Reid, she's AMAZING! 5 stars for sure!
