Sam and his entire staff are not only amazing barbers, but they’re a great group to just be around and have a conversation with. The shop itself has the feel of an old time barbershop that is both comfortable and inviting. From buzz cuts to mop tops, these guys can cut and style any kind of hair. They also take their time and pay close attention to every detail of your hair. They’re not just going to run over it with clippers in 5 minutes and move on to the next customer. If you’re tired of jumping from barber to barber because nobody cuts your hair the way you want, then you need to visit Capital Barbershop. They truly are a cut above the rest (pun intended).

If you’re looking for a mom and pop barbershop with experienced/exceptional barbers….look no further! They are extremely welcoming, professional and friendly. The shop itself is very well maintained, clean, sterile, with plenty of comfortable seats for you while you wait. Not to mention complimentary coffee, tea, water and soda.

This barbershop is my top pick whenever I'm in the Annapolis area. The haircuts are genuinely exceptional, and the customer service is outstanding. The shop maintains a consistent level of cleanliness, and the prices are reasonable too. While I typically don't write reviews, this barbershop truly earned it. A genuinely worthwhile experience.
