Worse customer service,they said they can’t make everyone happy. Then, the front stoop came undone and cracked; redone with concrete that wasn’t leveled out. Feels like the floor of a non skid flight deck. Flooding in our back yard. Carpet went bad in 2 years. Sump pump had ziplock bags from Plummer’s lunch and a bucket full of construction trash. Pipes shake in walls during high winds.
Uses cheap materials to build house. pipes burst within 3 years.
Roof leaks within 2 years.
