Just went with my partner to get his hair cut for a big event tonight and Andrea did amazing (and I’m a tough critic)! I’ve been cutting his hair for a few months and she gave me some tips, was so patient with us and gave a great cut. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Will be coming back for Andrea again!

Tiffany is on a separate level Excellence. Unlike most stylists who start with the smallest guard to save time and rush you out, she started with larger ones then worked her way down to the level I was satisfied with. Always checking in to see whether it was short enough or needed more trimmed off. The stylists I used to pay $60 for didn't even have that level of respect. Tiffany is Outstanding!

2.5 hours before I got an appointment. The hair cutter obviously needed a break because she was rude and impatient. Not the best communication skills and I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
