Ruth is amazing! I have had a lot of massages and she is by far one of the best! Her techniques and style leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. I wish I could afford to come more often that is for sure.

So let me start this off by saying I'm used to the massage where you go in, they massage you, you feel like jell-o and then you leave relaxed.

This is not really that kind of massage, at least not the one I had. But make no mistake it's not a negative thing either, just very different and more like a body refresher.

It's extremely geared around eastern medicine and reflexology- I would say the reflexology takes up a good 40% of the time. Yes your knots are gone over with pressure but otherwise the rest of the body is extremely gentle and soft. Again- not a bad thing if that's the type of overall refresh you're looking for.
