Convenient and quick! I didn’t notice on the website that it says you have to call an hour in advance to confirm you’ll be there (so make sure you do!) - Patrice called and left a message for me. I got back to her when I received the message, just 30 minutes before my appt time. Because of my error, she was a little late, but that was totally on me and I truly appreciate her understanding and for coming out even though I messed up!!
Absolutely excellent experience working with Patrice from start to finish. From the very first phone call she was extremely kind and attentive and a complete pro. My daughter, who is at the Naval Academy had a somewhat complex document that needed an Notary's Certificate of Acknowledgment and then an apostille on top of that and Patrice handled the whole process for us quickly and with complete ease. But even more than that, she really went above and beyond for us, meeting my daughter in town via her mobile notary service since my daughter doesn't have a car or much flexibility in her schedule and then meeting her again on the back end to handoff the documents. What a wonderful service in a timely manner. I needed documents notarized last minute and I was able to find Patrice. She was extremely professional and made the experience very easy and pleasant. Highly recommended.
