Patrice was fast and professional when assisting with notarizing a Power of Attorney and securing the Apostille required. Patrice is a very knowledge notary. She had a complete understanding of my somewhat complicated out of state seller’s real estate docs. A TIPIC notary is always important in these circumstances, and I am glad to have found her with these credentials. Aside from her professionalism, she was a lovely lady to just sit and chat with. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a notary.
