About Luminis Health Primary Care Annapolis

Luminis Health Primary Care Annapolis has received mixed reviews from patients. Some experiences have been negative, particularly with a doctor who has been described as incompetent, failing to read test results and being unresponsive to patient concerns. This has led to frustration and disappointment among certain patients. However, there are positive experiences as well, particularly with Dr. Burke and Crystal Randall, who have been praised for their attentive care and willingness to listen. Patients have noted that staff members like Stephanie are pleasant and helpful. Despite some good interactions, others feel the office has deteriorated over the years, citing issues like lack of personal contact and rushed appointments. Overall, while some patients have found competent and caring doctors at Luminis Health Primary Care Annapolis, others have voiced concerns about the quality of care and communication.

I have had many extremely time sensitive referral and paperwork needs that often took immense time and effort to get resolved. They insist they fax forms, but the providers never receive them. Many of my specialists have tried to fax to the office, and they never receive them.

In my opinion, Dr Wael Othman might be one of the most incompetent doctors I have ever dealt with. He doesn’t read your test results (I had to point things that were out of range to him). He acts like he’s listening but you can tell he’s looking right over your shoulder. He overprescribed me on BP meds to the point I was passing out. He is completely non responsive to your questions then passes the blame. I’ll stop there but there’s more. Don’t go there, at least not to him.
