I had 3 years of bad experience with HRB making some mistakes and misguiding me which cost me money. I was very apprehensive to return them even though i had used them for years prior after they did not follow up with. I googled JH and the process was simple and easy. They connected me to the local area office and I spoke to an agent who answered all my questions, schedule me in the same day, gave me directions, etc.

I just had my tax services done at JH . I dashed in without an appointment, and was pleasantly surprised the preparer Cassandra was able to assist me immediately. I was in and out in less than 30min. Cassandra was very kind and patient and explained what she was doing. I really appreciated that!!! Ir was a good experience. I would recommend this location to anyone!
